As A Transgendered Person...

  • You may feel there is nowhere to get sympathetic counselling and support

  • You may be having feelings or concerns about your own sexual and gender identity

  • You may be reluctant to report for fear of police responses and not being believed

  • Have questions about whether the assault happened because you are a tranny.

  • As a tranny you may have to search more than others for services that suit you, but there are services available.

See the contact list on this site. Also sometimes it may help if you take a support person or friend with you who can act as an advocate if needed. Remember rape is about power and control, not sexuality.
